Crisis Management
One day crash course (ICS 100 review)
to include a practical practice exercise combined with an
afternoon, 4 hour, Maximum Most Probable discharge exercise
for PREP credit. The objective of this course is to provide
the training needs to manage a sizable event for the first
6-12hours. Exercise report to meet USCG PREP standards included

Designated Facility Security Officer (initial,

8 hour workshop to introduce the designated Facility Security
Officer to his/her new responsibilities with basic introduction
level training to meet compliance standards of the MTSA 02
and 33 CFR.

(Initial, annually) Company’s designated FSO to
participate to review site specific information. 8 hour
workshop to introduce personnel with security duties under
the facility security officer and all other personnel to include

Design & Facilitate a table top drill
every three months with the following task elements:

every 3 months (4 drills per year)

Design & Facilitate a Full Test
of the Facility Security Plan.
This annual exercise will be designed
to be a complete test of adequacy and effectiveness of the
security program and to be based on all Security Levels (MARSEC)
conditions

Plan, exercise Control and, Participants’ Manual and
exercise Report to cover a full test of the Security Program.
To include detailed analysis of:
- Physical security
- Structural integrity
- Personnel protection systems
- Procedural policies
- Radio and telecommunication

infrastructure
- Utilities
Preparation and facilitation of annual
Security test/exercise
(1) day prep, (1) day after action, (2) facilitators with
(3) technical monitors for 1 day per drill approximately (10)

Incident Command System Training (NIIMS)

Four hour orientation/review level training for the first

Refresher Training (Practical
Response to
Oil Spills
- PROS)
This 2 ½-day course, which will also serve as a Qualified
Individual refresher course, will cover the most important
aspects of an effective spill response and will feature a
cross section of knowledgeable industry and government representatives,

Spill Management Team Table Top Exercise

- Establish a Joint Design
Team (JDT) of no more than ten (10) members representing
the primary participant organizations and representatives.
NRC will facilitate the JDT development of exercise objectives
and a realistic oil spill scenario
- Develop, publish and distribute
an Exercise Plan, Exercise Participants’ Manual and
final Exercise Report.
- Conduct a 4-hour “KEY
ROLE” training session for Spill Management Team members
and invited guests.
- Coordinate and facilitate
a 8hour tabletop exercise involving key representatives
of the primary participant organizations.
- Participate as primary
Oil Spill Removal Organization (OSRO) with NRC exercise
players in Operations, Planning, & Logistics.
- Assist in the coordination
of an Observers’ Program
- Facilitate an exercise
debrief and critique involving all players; and
- Prepare a draft Exercise
Report for review and publish a final Exercise Report for
record documentation and PREP exercise credit.

HAZWOPER
OSHA's 29 CFR 1910.120
8 Hour orientation / refresher (annual)
A hazwoper review of: personal protective equipment, hazcom,
confined space entry. Donning, doffing, decontamination, medical
surveillance, respiratory protection/selection and use, identifying
hazardous materials, health and safety.
$600.00 per Instructor
based on an Instructor to class ratio of 1 to 10 as available
24 HAZWOPER (Operations, initial)
Personal protective equipment, hazcom, confined space entry,
donning, doffing, decontamination, medical surveillance, respiratory
protection/selection and use, identifying hazardous materials
with practical exercises.
