Mobile Communications Center is a air/ground transportable state-of
-the-art facility providing multi-functional communication technology
to the spill site. During field operations the MCC becomes
the Command and Control Center acting as the hub for all operational
activities. The MCC has phone patch capabilities thru terrestrial
system to handheld UHF/VHF portable radios. |
